Finding Answers
“Unexplained infertility” is a challenging diagnosis to come to terms with as it creates a sense of uncertainty surrounding what your next steps are. This is where I can offer an alternative perspective. Using a whole systems approach, I explore potential imbalances and uncover possible causes of unexplained infertility. I will empower you to advocate for your health in cases where a more thorough workup is necessary and can work collaboratively with your current healthcare team. I want you to feel heard, I am here to listen and support you both medically and emotionally during your fertility journey.
Naturopathic Fertility in Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington, and Nearby
I work with both males and females, creating individualized plans to ensure an optimal environment for conception to occur.
I use a combination of herbal therapy, nutrition and supplements to:
- Improve egg and sperm quality*
- Promote regular cycles/hormone balance
- Assist ovulation
- Improve uterine lining thickness
- Reduce inflammation
- Optimize nutritional status
- Optimize blood parameters associated with infertility
- Reduce anxiety, stress and balance mood
- Support egg/sperm quality and fertility during IVF and IUI cycles
*Follicles in the ovary and sperm in the testes go through a maturation process. It is therefore important to note that when you are working on improving egg and sperm quality, there is an expectation that peak improvement may not be seen for months.
